What Changes Does ARC Raiders Update 1.21.0 Bring?
The most significant change introduced by update 1.21.0 addresses a collision exploit that allowed ARC Raiders characters to pass through walls. This bug specifically occurred when interacting with environmental objects such as Fuel Cells or Field Crates, granting access to unauthorized areas of the map.
Additionally, the development team has implemented solutions for the following issues:
- Unexpected Crashes: An error related to DirectX 11 compatibility, which caused sudden game interruptions, has been fixed.
- Environmental Geometry: A bug that allowed ARC faction enemies to spawn inside solid structures has been eliminated.
- Movement Blocks: Issues where Raiders became stuck inside the Harvester or amidst destroyed machinery debris have been resolved.
Despite its primary focus on corrections, patch 1.21.0 for ARC Raiders also introduces new cosmetic and functional content. Notable additions include a new Raider Tool and a Backpack set. This update is designed to support store rotations and minor quality-of-life adjustments in preparation for a larger patch.
