UFC commentator Jon Anik has voiced his conviction that Michael "Venom" Page, known as MVP, has the capability to capture a world title within the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Page recently secured another victory at UFC London, defeating former training partner Sam Patterson. However, the fight did not resonate widely with fans and was largely described as uninspiring.

Despite the lukewarm reception to his latest performance, Page continues to receive significant support from fans who are eager to see him succeed, especially given his recent challenges with the UFC organization. His next career move remains uncertain, partly due to past difficulties in scheduling his fights prior to the Patterson bout.

During a recent episode of his "Anik & Florian Podcast," Jon Anik discussed Michael Page's future, acknowledging the issues between MVP and the UFC.

Anik's Perspective on Page's Title Prospects

"What do you do with MVP?" Anik pondered. He suggested that while Page might hypothetically contend at 185 pounds, his genuine path to a championship lies in the welterweight (170-pound) division. "I mean, I don’t know the extent to which the UFC is in the MVP business, but what do you do with him because he can win a title, I think, if he gets the right matchups," Anik stated.

Anik further emphasized the need for Page to face formidable opponents: "I think he should be getting the biggest possible fights and not, you know, his teammates like Sam Patterson, to be sure."
